Western union is the modern non Internet based method of sending money, and has similiarities to conventional telegrams sent by a telegraphy office.
To collect your prize using this method simply send an emil to firstname.lastname@example.org with follwoing details:-
Full Name, street address, City/Province/state and Country.
If you are living in the UK or an EU state due to GDPR regulations you will also have provide a sentence in it that says:-
"I permit you use my provided personal details for Western Union transfer so I can collect prize money from the sender"
Some Western Union providers also require a bank account number and sort code.
City IT Solutions can assure those whom do provide these two items of information that it does not put them at risk from fraud
but it is the least preferred method because I am sure all concerned want to retain as much privacy as possible.
Method 2, Uploading music on a recognised website for sale
If you have an existing or register a new account at either BandCamp (www.bandcamp.com) or SoundClick (https://www.soundclick.com), you can upload some audio files (of your music although it could be a recording of commuters at Heathrow, silence or anything). As long as the audio files total your prize money, Peter can purchase the audio files to give you your total prize.
Once your audio is on site simply send an email to email@example.com. with a link to your account page.
Peter and I will scrutinise the page and link to make absolutely sure none is bogus or phishing related, then Peter will purchase via a fraud-safe means. Any attempt to try and scam us will fail.
Method 3, Choosing your favourite charity to receive your prize money
If you have an existing or register a new Just Giving account (https://www.justgiving.com) and set up a channel with a worthy cause for your favourite legitimate charity, Peter can simply provide a donation for your total prize. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. with a link to your Just Giving page.
As for option 2, Peter and I will scrutinise the page and link to make absolutely sure none is bogus or phishing related, then Peter will donate via a fraud-safe means. Any attempt to try and scam us will fail.
